Financing and Transaction Advisory Consultant

Job Responsibilities

As our Financing and Transaction Advisory Consultant, you will provide full-cycle financing consulting for tech startups, design transaction structures and equity plans, and facilitate negotiations between enterprises and investment institutions to ensure the smooth completion of capital financing and investment transactions.

1.Deliver full-cycle financing consulting services for innovative tech enterprises, including polishing business plans and designing customized financing schemes.

2.Optimize capital structure, equity allocation and transaction frameworks to meet the long-term capital development needs of clients.

3.Organize matchmaking between enterprises and global investment institutions, and provide coaching for roadshows and investor communication.

4.Support contract negotiation, review transaction documents and formulate closing plans to guarantee the smooth execution of investment deals.

5.Offer follow-up capital operation advice such as IPO path planning and equity incentive design after financing is completed.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, business administration or other related majors.

2.Rich experience in primary market equity financing, with a solid understanding of investment transaction procedures.

3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at client maintenance and business negotiation.

4.Capable of designing transaction structures and solving practical problems in capital raising projects independently.

5.Strong teamwork spirit, able to closely coordinate with research and policy teams to deliver integrated consulting services.
